Terms of service

These are the terms for working with SiteSameDay. They're written to be read, not skimmed past — the deal is simple and so is this page.

The deal

Every project starts the same way: we build your first draft free, and you judge it before any money moves.

You see your first draft free. Love it? Pay 50% to start the final build and 50% on delivery. Don't? You owe nothing.

Approving the draft and making the first payment is what forms the agreement between us, under the terms on this page.

What's included

Exactly what each package includes — pages, features, and first-draft timing — is listed on the pricing page. The package you order is the work we deliver. If you want something beyond it, we'll quote it up front, before doing any of the work.

Changes and edits

While we're building your site, the policy is one line: unlimited revisions until you're happy. Ask for as many changes as you need — big or small — and we make them at no extra charge.

After the final site is delivered and approved, brand-new work — new pages, new features — is a separate job, quoted up front.

Ownership

You own 100% of the code and files. On final payment, every source file transfers to you — code, images, and copy. Host it anywhere, edit it with anyone, and never owe us another cent.

Until final payment, the draft and everything in it remains ours. That's the trade that lets the first draft be free.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business. We publish what you tell us.
• Only send photos, logos, and text you have the right to use. By sending them, you're confirming you own them or have permission.
• Review your draft and your final site before it goes live. You approve what the public sees.

What we don't do

• We don't build sites for illegal businesses, or for anything designed to mislead people.
• We don't guarantee search rankings, because nobody honestly can. We set your site up properly for search engines — that's a foundation, not a promised position.

Liability

In plain English: if something goes wrong and it's our fault, the most we owe you is the amount you paid us. We're not liable for lost profits, lost data, or downtime caused by hosting providers or other third parties. We build carefully, but a website is not an insurance policy for your business.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. The terms in effect when you ordered are the ones that apply to your project.
