SiteSameDay provides custom website design and development services for local businesses. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders are placed through our online form. After submission, we will confirm your order via email within 1 hour during business hours. Work begins upon confirmation.
Payment is due upon delivery and your approval of the completed website. We invoice after you receive and review your files — you are not charged upfront. Payment must be completed within 7 days of invoice.
All packages include up to 3 rounds of revisions. A revision round is defined as a single consolidated list of changes. Additional revision rounds beyond the included number may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own 100% of the website files — all HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and image assets. SiteSameDay retains no ongoing rights to your website content or files. You are free to host, modify, and distribute your website as you choose.
SiteSameDay does not provide hosting services. You are responsible for selecting and paying for your own web hosting. We can advise on hosting options upon request.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, responding to our communications in a timely manner, and ensuring you have rights to any logos, images, or content you provide for inclusion in your website.
SiteSameDay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or your website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
