Refund Policy

Our Guarantee

We stand behind our work completely. Every project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure the final result meets your expectations. If after completing all revisions you are still not satisfied, you are entitled to a full refund.

Before Delivery

If you cancel your order before we begin work, you owe nothing — there is no upfront payment and no cancellation fee. Simply email us to cancel.

If work has already begun but the site has not yet been delivered, we may charge a partial fee for work completed, not to exceed 50% of the agreed project price.

After Delivery

After delivery, you have 14 days to request revisions or raise concerns. Our refund process is:

• Request revisions — we will make changes until you are satisfied
• If after 3 revision rounds you remain unsatisfied, contact us to request a refund
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original invoice

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• You have approved the website and paid the invoice, then changed your mind about wanting a website
• You provided incorrect or misleading business information that affected the project
• More than 30 days have passed since delivery
• The dissatisfaction is due to factors outside our control, such as your hosting provider or domain registrar
